Spiral Binding Systems come in manual or electric versions. Manual spiral binding systems require you to pull the hand lever to punch the holes. Electric punching spiral binding systems have you either touch a button or step on a footswitch. Either way the paper gets punched. After all the paper is punched, you have to bind the sheets. All the spiral binding systems are the same on this: Push a spiral comb onto the spreader and open the comb by pushing the lever back. Insert the pages onto the open comb, then pull the handle back upright. This binds the book.
