Product Description

Combine the
ProBind 2000 or any of our other
Thermal Binding Systems along with this Office Scoring/Trimming Machine
- # model 425A and our
Glue strips and it becomes easy to produce your own thermal binding covers.
Here's how it is done.
First: Get the amount of paper you want to bind and measure the cut size - top to bottom and left to right.
Then measure the thickness of all the sheets when stacked.
Second: Get the cover sheet you want and cut it to
size, for example: if your book is 7" wide x 9" binding edge and 3/8" thick, you would cut your cover sheet to
be 14 1/2" x 9".
Third :Score the spine - center the paper into the trimmer/scoring machine,
and score the paper 3/8" apart the length of the paper to make the spine cavity.
Fourth: Get a glue strip and
cut it to a 3/8" width. Place the glue strip into the spine cavity, place your sheets on top of the glue strip,
then place the completed cover into the binding system and turn it on. In less than a minute your customized
book is bound.
