Roll Laminators
Laminators protect your sheets, posters, signs and other paper with a plastic film that encapsulates your materials. There are two basic laminating styles: Thermal Lamination and Cold Lamination.

Advantages to heat laminating are primarily in the cost of the film and in the thickness of laminating films available. For large runs the cost of laminating is fairly low with a hot laminator.

Advantages to cold laminating are in the low cost of the laminating machine itself. Cold laminators are often able to mount as well as laminate so you no longer need spray adhesive. The chief disadvantage of cold laminators is the cost of the film, as cold laminating film is approximately 3 - 5 times higher than hot laminator rolls. For short runs, cold laminating is faster than thermal heat lamination as it requires no warm up time and is ready immediately.

Pouch Laminators
are easy to use. Let the laminator heat up (takes about 5 minutes), place your paper into the pre-made lamination pouch, then into a laminator carrier, and then into the laminator itself. The finished laminated pouch will then come out in a few seconds.

Our pouch laminators start at 4" wide, they're made to laminate ID's, business cards and other small documents. A 9" Pouch laminator will laminate standard 8.5" x 11" sheet sizes and legal sizes up to 8.5" x 14" as well as anything smaller. A larger 12" Pouch Laminator will laminate sheets of paper up to 11" x 17"
