Used for cutting and crimping the excess coil in the binding process. Coil Binding supplies typically come 12" long, for use with an 11" long sheet of paper. These coil cutting and crimping plies will cut the coil to the correct size as well as crimp in the excess coil - thereby locking in your bound sheets.
